RETURN- Return is valid if the prescribed number does not seem to be accurate. Or wrong frame model has been sent or in case you did not like the product design and comfort. Return will be refunded via credit note only.
REFUND- All returns will be refunded in the form of credit note. Credit note can be used on your account within 3months of issue. it can be used on any number of invoices and on any products.
EXCHANGE- Exchange will occur only on manufacturing defects that will come under the warranty. Kindly refer CONDITION OF WARRANTY.
This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects only.
The manufacturing defects are-
Product has manufacturing defect- scratches on lenseS or frame.
Metal sunglasses-shoulder breakage from eye rim , nosepad or temple.
Plastic sunglasses- injection breakage from eyerim, nosepad or temple.
Defect in plating / color peel off.
Gap in lens fitting
Enrico will not be accountable for payments or refund against any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any sort of negligence , mishandling, accidents, corrosion on rust, and loss of components and accessories on the customer parts
A product will only be replaced by enrico on its sole discretion depending on the nature of defect.
The defective must be delivered to us on the users cost.
The request for return refund or exchange will be raised within 14 days of the receipt of the products from our website.
The price tag and any other identification tag, the invoice and the original packing must be intact and sent back.
The product should not have been used or should not have any dirt, or scratch or tear or in short should not be rendered unsellable.
You need to mention your order number, the date of order and the date of receipt.
Ensure that the return package is appropriately sealed and sent to the company as any damage sin transit will continue to be your responsibility ad this policy will cease to be applicable.
The company has a dedicate team which will check the returned products and their decision of request will be final to accept or reject.
In case your return has been accepted by our team then the return refund or the exchange process will be initiated.
You would get a refund in the form of credit note and this will be communicated either via an email provided by you to us or through a contact number which you have notified us.
The company is not responsible for any incorrect or misleading contact details. You will have a period of seven days to confirm your decision to us. In the event if we do not receive any communication from you then your opportunity to obtain a refund return or exchange will lapse.
Refunds are preceded in thirty working Days as credit note in your Enrico account.
